A small school where children are confident and happy to learn
Free Little Birds School,
the new private bilingual (French and English) infant and junior school opened its doors on September 2020
Children from 3-11 are welcome (Petite section up to CM2)
(children from CE2 to CM2 will be welcomed the following year)
A school on a human scale
With a single class of 22 children and two teachers, our school can create an individual program for each child which meets their needs and allows them to learn in the way that suits them best.
A school which is bilingual (English and French)
Your children will be exposed to the English language every day, thanks to the presence of our native English speaker. They will thus be able to learn to communicate in English easily and naturally.
A school which uses multiple teaching methods
From 3 to 6, the children will be taught using the Montessori method, which promotes autonomy and the free choice of activities according to each child’s ability. From 6 or 7 years of age, the children will participate in different activities inspired by Freinet, allowing them to develop autonomy and cooperation through various projects.
A school which develops well- being and cooperation
Our aim is to help each child develop to the best of his or her abilities. To do this, we praise each positive action, we help the children to manage their emotions and we teach them how to resolve their differences so as to feel good in themselves and to get on well with their classmates.
